The process is relatively quick, typically taking about 15 to 30 minutes. Some clients report a mild discomfort, akin to a pinprick, during the injection, but most find it quite manageable.</p><p>After the treatment, you can typically return to your regular activities immediately. There may be some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, but these side effects are usually minimal and subside within a few days.
While the effects of anti-wrinkle injections can be seen as soon as 24-48 hours after treatment, it usually takes about 5-7 days for the full effects to become apparent. This varies between individuals, and I always schedule a follow-up appointment 2 weeks after the initial treatment to assess the results and make any necessary adjustments.
Results typically last between 3-6 months, after which the muscle action gradually returns and the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear. However, they're usually less severe with time as the muscles are being trained to relax.
